K-ON begins

Author‘s positive opinions about K-ON sparked enough interest in me to watch the show. I had previously ignored it because according to 4chan (back when it was being aired) it was just a “shitty moeblob show”. And… were they right about that?
Well, the show really is about moeblobs, but what I watched was far from being shitty.

Yeah, Yui is a dunce, but damn is she cute or what? Also, I laughed at most of her scenes, and that’s kind of the point I guess.

You sure Mugi is not a lesbian, Author?

It’s eerie to see how Mio easily changes her mindset. First, she had no interest in joining the light music club, since she wanted to join the literature club (was it?). Next week, she is so into it that she doesn’t want the club to disband. Kinda felt a bit off.

To be honest, I didn’t particularly care about Ritsu. Randall loves her, though. I hope she gets better.

Anyways, I definitely liked what I watched. I look forward to watching more of it.
ps. I’m liking Mugi the most so far.
Mugi! She does have some extra charm. Shit, I really should finish this series >_>
Mio all the way!
K-ON was quite enjoyable, if a bit mindless. I’m looking forward to more of it if Kyoani ever got around to making more.
